Thanks for the list. I highly recommend P90x as well. Lost 15 pounds during. Skip the yoga though.
This 30 day shred is TOUGH!! She has three different workouts at three different levels. I have yet to be able to do the 3rd one still.
I would say P90 is probably the best one out there, but it gets boring if that is all you do...I would say to alternate it with running or biking.
